Once Berto & Peterson got caught by VADA, Haymon made sure to only use USADA so all of his dirty cheating black fighters wouldn't get caught using PEDs anymore.

It's a fact. Floyd got a retroactive TUE. If there is a conflict with the facts in the article, then Floyd and USADA must take legal action against Hauser and SB Nation. If they don't, then their PR statements are just what they are...PR damage control. This story is getting worldwide coverage and hurting Floyd and USADA.

Both their reaction statements were so soft and defensive that it proves that Floyd and USADA have no case to sue them.

There's nothing to gain financially from suing Hauser. Maybe SB Nation. But not really. Litigation is expensive and time consuming. And it's not the first time that an article got posted that had some false information about USADA or Mayweather.

Whether this hurts Mayweather depends on perspective. The story getting so much coverage indirectly gave the Berto fight major free publicity. It was previously a fight that lacked publicity.

It came out tues or weds. Its friday. USADA already said in time all will be answered. I also noticed SB nation and Hauser have gone quiet too, maybe already received the C&D order but who knows. And if NSAC were worried then they would have already reacted cause this story is old from May 22.

It brings interest by default. Simply because a lot more people know he has a fight coming up. It's Marketing 101. Consumers can't buy what they don't know about.

Financial gain would not be the prime reason to sue Hauser and SB Nation. It wasn't the reason Pacquiao sued Floyd for defamation and he still won via settlement. So it proves litigation is worth it. Floyd and USADA would sue for libel and fight the claims in the article. Weak PR statements aren't enough.

Mayweather-Berto gets a boost in publicity, of course. But it's highly doubtful, that the average sports fan that wasn't planning on buying the PPV in the first place, will now decide to buy it after reading that Floyd is or could be a "cheater". But, who knows? Consumers are strange.
