I no longer am a fan of Floyd today and do not consider him "TBE" any longer. I thought he won fair and square but knowing he took an IV to rehydrate to some pounds and perhaps mask other substances, breaks my heart as a fan. I believe USADA is also corrupt and on TMT payroll. Floyd claimed to want to make the sport clean, but yet took an IV which is illegal against the 2nd best Welterweight. So again, I want to apologize to all the Pacquiao fans. I'm ashamed as a former Floyd fan. I can't wait until he retires. I hope you Pacquiao fans can accept my apology and we can continue being fans of the sport of boxing.

I give credit when credit is due, and there were a lot of Pacquiao fans I forum post warred with and I want to say sorry and you are right.

It just seem like what it is, an innocent discrepancy between NSAC and USDA, and Floyd is caught in the middle.

If anything, this shows the desperation of people willing to discredit Mayweather at any chance.
It's in the news, Floyd did masked his steroid use.

But it's up to you whatever you castigate Floyd for cheating or let it go because he's Floyd TBE IV.

They (Top Rank and Pacquiao's manager ) made a mistake to accept USADA that tested every day Pacquiao instead almost never Floyd during the preparation for the fight and did a injection to Floyd with clear consequences on stamina and energy but not to the shoulder not healthy of Pacquiao.
They are in the business so they knew that USADA would have favored Floyd Jr but with all those money they agreed so now also it's too late to be upset.
Sorry Manny but you can't be so upset, seriously.
You know USADA is a branch of WADA, right? They are the USA arm of WADA.

              Well i know one part:

its said that he called USADA to come to his house and ok the procedure so he can be in compliance. USADA representative ok'd IV, took test of Floyd before, sat through IV, then tested again after. Then once again after the fight.

The argument is by NSAC wanting to be notified prior to ok of the IV so they can give ok. Thats what all this is

And this is by David Mayo and the writer who originally wrote the story back in May Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports

SportsCenter isn't even talking about this today, now they're just plugging the Mayweather-Berto fight and Marciano's record

First of all, I need to give you mad props for supporting your idol. I've never seen fans like you and reloaded that will defend your fighter no matter what the situation he is in.

I'll just leave it like that for now. Keep it up.
