The truth is that Mayweather did nothing wrong. He didn't violate NSAC rules or the USADA rules because he received an exception from the USADA prior to the fight.

The truth is that they were both tested over 20 times and they both passed all the tests. As Pauli Malignaggi stated, there is no PED that Mayweather could have taken the day before the fight that would have benefitted him in any way on the night of the fight.

The truth is that an IV of vitamins and minerals does not give an athlete any kind of advantage over his opponent.

The truth is that Manny Pacquaio and his team knew about the IV four months ago and did not file a complaint, protest or lawsuit because they knew it is a non-issue.

WADA is a lot better and has more credit than USADA all around the world, everybody with knowledge of sports know that USADA favored American athletes in the past and clearly in the present, nothing new.
They (Top Rank and Pacquiao's manager ) made a mistake to accept USADA that tested every day Pacquiao instead almost never Floyd during the preparation for the fight and did a injection to Floyd with clear consequences on stamina and energy but not to the shoulder not healthy of Pacquiao.
They are in the business so they knew that USADA would have favored Floyd Jr but with all those money they agreed so now also it's too late to be upset.

What's pretty clear though is he shouldn't be taking anything iv related at home on the sly

what would be your guess ? Why would he even need a iv injection in the first place if he's **** on weight ?

I honestly believe he was scared of not being able to take Pac's punches and wanted that extra weight cushion. He was already going through random testing, so why masked now, and why notify USDA this one-time and not others? Not saying he is innocent, but Floyd's team is too careful to slip like this. It just seem like what it is, an innocent discrepancy between NSAC and USDA, and Floyd is caught in the middle.

If anything, this shows the desperation of people willing to discredit Mayweather at any chance.
