Reading Hauser's piece yesterday. In regards to the low T/E ratio, it asked if CRI tests were ran. Catlin said that the low T/E ratio should of been a red flag to then run CRI test, but USADA often declines to run such tests as they are expensive. “That’s a warning flag,” says Don Catlin. “If you’re serious about the testing, it tells you to do the CIR test.”
Conte said “If you’re serious about drug testing, you do CIR testing.”

Hauser asked the questions of USADA, 'were CGI tests ran?' and if so, what were the results? He also stated that CRI test can be ran on frozen samples.

Interesting, but i don't know if USADA would publicly answer such questions.

Max talks about Floyd's Testosterone/Epitestosterone ratio.

      Avg white man 1.2 to 1 T/E.

      Avg. black man 1.3 to 1 T/E.

WADA allows athletes to have T/E ratio as high as 4.0 to 1.

      Floyd's T/E in previous tests was 0.69 to 1 and 0.8 to 1.

Low ratio of T/E is a red flag for PED use because it indicates "MASKING" to hide/lower high testosterone levels.
Well what has to be acknowledged is that your T/E ratio fluctuates, even throughout the day.

Hard physical training, stress, lack of sleep, ect can throw your T/E ratio out of whack.

Floyd's advanced age (your testosterone gradually starts to lower once you hit 30 or so) and his intense cardio training could explain the low reading.

      So could masking.

People will take whichever side they choose to, but we're unlikely to ever get the truth.

USADA has already stated that they've CIR tested every sample of Floyd's in every fight going back to Cotto.

i'm not surprised at all if floyd is doping.

he looked like f#cking garbage against maidana in the first fight. legs looked dead. reflexes looked poor. spent the fight on the ropes.

goes back against the same fighter and looks like a young man. he didn't actually get any younger!

FLOYD USED 750! You can't tell me that isn't su****ious. I'm seriously starting to think Floyd and JMM before him started thinking if you can't beat him, join him.
I'm starting to see it differently. I think PED use is a major part at the elite level. There is no definitive proof about pacquiao but I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd has been roiding since 2009
