That's basically what they are doing here.

Arum would have jumped at the chance to get Floyd if all of this was illegal. Instead, he and Pacquiao had to fight off lawsuits about the so-called injury that is now healed.

He knows that there is nothing to go after because in all likelihood, he would have advised his fighters to do the same thing if it is under the rules.

I called BS on the hauser story then USADA came and said same thing so i jumped on it then Lance Pug dropped another report that contradicted both hauser and USADA and i stepped back and now this. Its a circus to the point of Bennet if the NSAC saying 20 days and another NSAC persone saying 3.
