It's pretty clear that Floyd has NSAC and USADA in his back pocket. Arum and Pacquiao's advisor can't say anything negative against NSAC or USADA and that's unfortunate.

But at least the truth came out. All these confidentiality agreements and Floyd still got exposed. All he and USADA can do is write lame PR statements because they know they probably have no case to win a libel suit against Hauser and his publishers. We'll see what happens next.

Remember, Floyd made all these defamatory statements and Pac won via settlement and got paid. If Hauser and his publisher are defaming Floyd, then he should sue too, if not for the money, but to clear himself of any doubt.
