Just later than they were supposed to but they still did.

So from what I'm gathering there's slim to no chance of an NC.

Especially considering the fact all tests were passed.
Are you ****ing ******ed or what lol.....how they can they approve it if it was given to floyd on May 1s and then they fight next day and then USADA tell the NSAC on the 20th....if it was banned by NSAC and not allowed then he broke rules....at the time it was taken under rules by the NSAC it was prohibited and illegal and if that's the case...then a lawsuit must follow......mayweathers a cheat

Usada didn't know about it before hand what are your trying to makes **** up ..They found out about the IV's during their surprise tests and had to report it !

You are right salin and vitamin c aren't illegal even up to 50 ml's in a 6 hour period but 750 ml is illegal and administering IV's at home is also a big no no

Uh, it takes time to gather facts, check sources, etc. You don't write something like this in 10 minutes.

Oh, I forgot .... Tards don't need facts of proof, just a hint of an infraction is good enough.
Oddly enough, thats exactly how you determined Manny needed to take these extra tests.

Unless Floyd was supposed to call up Manny & be like "dude you cool with me getting an IV" since they got each others numbers still one would assume. Have to see the exact wording of how this was all spelt out though, but Arum talking like he's talking sounds like there isn't much of an opportunity for this to led anywhere.
Or, hes just keeping his strategy to himself like any smart person would do.

This is an excellent read...a bit long but read it and you will understand everything.

Questions surround drug testing for Mayweather-Pacquiao and other bouts
