How many of those has Thurman or Brook faced.

Neither have faced a puncher there whole career Brooks being over a decade and 0 punchers faced lol.

If you're realistic where Khan's at then there's nothing wrong with the Provodnikov fight .This guy has lost three of his last five and was beaten by Chris Algieri he is a carrer light welterweight but this is Khan's level that's why he's choosing this fight.
No doubt all these idiots that support this guy will be raving about how brave Khan is and what a fight Khan has got , this might be true as Khan is limited and chinny.

I'm a fan of his, but I don't let that steer me in one direction or another. Roach is known for matching Manny strategically, as his interviews from the past have suggested. Why would an admitted cherry picker prefer Garcia over Khan? If Khan is an easy out, then why not fight him?

There's a flip side to your question. What has Garcia done to merit a shot at Manny? Certainly, beating Malignaggi doesn't earn you that. Shouldn't Garcia fight the top WWs?

They both should fight the top welters but I think you'll find Garcia will he has no problem Khan won't he has a weak jaw problem. That's why they are trying to Match him with a face first slow fighter ,Provodnikov, who even got his head boxed off by the wildly limited feather fisted Chris Algieri who in turn rocked Khan on numerous occasions in what Khan called his showcase fight......this fight is Khan's level against another light welterweight. Why bother moving up ...looks like his last one and this one could have been done at light welter....Khan needs all the advantages his team know he is limited with a weak chin.
I know the first full welterweight Khan fights with any sort of dig will knock him out again this is why he is being so carefully matched with slight names and a fighter again coming off a loss.

Garcia has been out of LWW for a year now provided Salka and Peterson were catch weight bouts. So, his 3rd fight outside of LWW has been a shot Paulie Malignaggi. Yet you say he has no problems fighting top WWs.

Might I add Angel Garcia refused on video to give Khan a rematch a month or two back even at WW. Have a look.

Khan should be fighting a top flight WW instead of Provo at this point. I expect him to box from the outside and eventually stop Prov around the 10th round.

But Provodnikov has enough pop to hurt Khan. We can agree to that, right? He's facing a puncher, which was the biggest knock on him, and now other reasons surface, such as Ruslan coming off of a loss and coming up from JWW.

The way I look at it is... Thurman, Brook, and Porter are no better. They've been facing opponents who suit their style. If you got guys like Thurman who say they aren't afraid to let their 0 go, then why wasn't he willing to go to the UK and fight Brook? Why wasn't Brook willing to come to the US, as he did with Porter, and fight Thurman? Porter beat up on Broner, who has no business at WW, but no knocks on him. I never got the double standards that have been put in place for Khan.

Funny to see Kellys fans knocking this fight, when Hern has gone on record and said Provo is one of the guys they were looking to fight and potentially still are
