Actually no effort is needed to prevent the non pending investigation! Floyd already informed NSAC, USADA, & WADA, that no investigation is needed. He used his Jedi mind tricks on those organizations.

Additionally, Floyd asked for an new investigation into Manny and that investigation has started!

His head size will be measured, his competency, & his overall IQ.

Dave Moretti was ringside. Just like he was for something like 9 of last 11 Floyd fights. He was given the job for Maidana 2 fight when he clearly didn't give Maidana the credit that he deserved in the first fight. That is who was sanctioned to be the judge.

But what about the NSAC doctor who clearly didn't see no emergency type situation when he examined Floyd? The NSAC doctor signed Floyd fit to fight. Then Floyd requires an emergency IV?

Again, the NSAC decides who to sanction. Who sits & judges ringside, we don't. They decide whether or not any investigation is warranted or not, we don't! They decided they won't look into it. This is my main point. They have the authority, we don't.
