After a two year federal inquiry laid out the evidence. USADA didn't do an investigation the feds did and gave all the evidence to USADA. The Feds basically dropped the open and shut case in USADA's lap. USADA was backed in a corner and had to do something.

If it was so open and shut, why would the Feds literally drop the case? The Feds walked away from the case, dropped the criminal case and filed no charges. You are making a lot of things out of thin air. But nice try.

No the feds "help" sports clean up at the request of congress.

Nothing in your argument is logical. The USADA's evidence against Armstrong almost all came from the federal inquiry. My statement was factually correct. You are ****** so you are hung up on the feds not filing charges as if that somehow has any baring on who built the case against Armstrong.

No dumb****, I tried a few forums 7 years ago. I had trouble with the scene due to a firewall issue with banner adds so I settled on ESB.
