And yes I understand that it is all intertwined. The problem is you are too ****ing ****** to realize how. The feds want to open an investigation into Armstrong's doping but they have no cause. Doping is not a federal crime. So they use the pretext of Armstrong defrauding his sponsors mainly the US Postal Service to open a criminal investigation. They gather all the evidence to prove he was doping and pass it off to USADA. With the doping investigation completed and passed off to USADA they drop the criminal case which they were only using as pretext to open and investigation and the postal service files a civil case. This is all very simple and easy to understand if you weren't so damn ******.

When Froids money runs dry, I would guarantee USADA would crucify Froid for doing dope like PEDstrong... period!

Just wait for a couple of months maybe years but then Froids skeletons would be out there!!!

If you knew anything about law you would realize that the postal service filing civil suit hurts your argument. Why did the feds drop the case? Because they had enough to prove that he was doping and decided that it was best for the postal service to file a civil complaint. The feds weren't investigating Armstrong for doping they were investigating possible fraud against his sponsors. They handed over all their doping evidence to USADA and USADA brought the hammer down.
The FEDS dropped the case because they didn't have enough evidence to NAIL him. You say in one sentence they weren't investigating him for doping, and then in the next sentence state they handed their doping evidence to USADA. Making no sense whatsoever.

Yes, because the suit is coming from The FEDS. Again, please stop owning yourself.

The federal government has fired another round of criticisms at Lance Armstrong, describing him as a calculating manipulator who hides the truth even when he confesses to doping or gets in a minor car accident.

You dont understand pretext do you. There is no federal crime for doping. They were not "officially" investigating him for doping they were investigating him for fraud. The criminal fraud allegation allowed them to put together a doping case that they passed of to USADA and dropped the fraud investigation. This is all rather complex legal minutia that you are obviously too ****** to understand.

**** you are ******. A federal criminal inquiry headed by a federal prosecutor and a civil suit brought by Armstrong's old Sponsor are two different things. You are absolutely a dip****.

No one said doping is a federal crime. There is no pretext for the contradictory statements you just made. You cannot say the Feds weren't investigating him for doping and then in the next sentence say they gave their doping evidence to USADA. Mind you, there is no evidence of that either other than your own words. You are just speculating.

Again, please stop owning yourself. You just tried to say the civil suit didn't mean the Feds were back on Armstrong, not realizing that it's the Feds themselves filing the case.

                  The facts again!

I can see that if posters aren't constantly reminded of the actual facts of this issue they go off into fantasy land very quickly. So once again, here are the actual facts of the case, try to stick to them, but if you do there isn't much to discuss:

"The report suggested the solution had to be administered in a hospital setting because the amount used; 750 milliliters, or about three-fourths of a typical IV bag ; theoretically could serve as a masking agent. But WADA guidelines specify that the hospital requirement applies only the case if a temporary use exemption (TUE) isn't granted.

Mayweather had a United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) collection official summoned to his home to verify compliance before accepting the infusion, sources told MLive. He was drug tested before and after the IV was administered, with the USADA collector present. The TUE was granted retroactively, as allowed under WADA rules, on May 20, 18 days after the fight.

"Mr. Mayweather has done nothing wrong," Nevada State Athletic Commission chairman Bob Bennett told Showtime before the fight. "The Nevada State Athletic Commission has no interest in any type of investigation regarding his IV. He did not violate the WADA rules for any type of drugs and we have no issue."
