Exactly!Just remember: during the initial negotiations when NSAC was first called out about its testing, the Kizer NSAC doubled down on its 'our-testing-is-sufficient' stance.
And there were a TON of folks in boxing media and on boxing forums loudly and repeatedly DEFENDING that stance. Times sure have changed, haven't they?
NSAC is reaping what it sowed.

Had the NSAC simply heeded the advice of dayum near every other expert at the time (Margaret Goodman, Conte, Tygart, Caitlin, etc.) and even its biggest star and box office attraction (Mayweather) instead of defending its woefully out of date testing scope, there would no conflicting agencies to give out TUEs.
But for the NSAC: "This is the business we've chosen!!' (Hyman Roth's voice)Comment
