USADA didn't say in their site that a fighter can have the infusion even if a retroactive TUE still wasn't granted did they?

USADA also didn't say in their website that a TUE can still be granted 3-18 days after the fight did they?

So again, answer me this, if we go by your logic that a fighter can take an infusion or any illegal crap without prior approval of the TUE, then what happens then if a fighter gets denied of his TUE application 3-18 days after the fight? Does that sound logical to you? Do you even realize the implications and ramifications if this was the case? Do you now realize the absurdity of your argument and interpretation of what was already clearly written and stated on USADAs own website?
If he gets denied the TUE, then we've obviously got a problem. In this instance, he's obviously informed them beforehand. Anyone with half a brain cell would assume at that point they'd either give the ok, or inform the applicant that there could be an issue.

You agree that there would be a problem if a fighter gets denied of his application for TUE after the fight and yet you still can't comprehend why it wouldn't make sense and how it would open a can of worms? So now you're simply assuming that they give Froid their ok and told him there wouldn't be an issue? I thought we were arguing about facts here? And LOL if that was also the case, then why did it still take them that long to approve the TUE? Do you still not understand how asinine that is and how asinine your logic is?

And just so you know and so that you can hopefully and finally get it since your so infatuated with the word retroactive in the retroactive TUE. The retroactive there is for the EXEMPTION, not for the granting. The approval/granting for the TUE can't be retroactive. Which is why the TUE must be granted first before a fighter can take the infusion. Otherwise, it would be called retroactive TUG. You really have no argument, give it up

Take the time to actually read. I've posted in this very thread that applications for TUEs have to be made 21 or 28 days in advance. Common sense dictates that 18 days or whatever seems reasonable.

Read what? So you're changing your argument and talking about applications now? I thought your entire argument was that the GRANTING for the TUE was retroactive? And I proved to you that it wasn't since you were making up your own absurd interpretation of USADAs rule eventhough it was stated clearly that the the TUE must be approved first before it can be valid and give a fighter a pass to take the infusion. Again, it is not called retroactive The****utic Use Granting (TUG). The retroactive is for the exemption, hence TUE. A grant or approval for an application cannot and will never be retroactive.

It's confirmed. I'm conversing with a dullard. It takes 21 or 28 days to apply for any TUE, hence the 18 or so days for the retroactive one. The difference being a retroactive TUE takes effect from a date in the past, while a regular TUE will take effect from the moment it is granted (or possibly a date in the future).

If you can't understand this basic principle, we've got nothing further to discuss.

Sorry to disappoint you, but his legacy is intact.
Lol this guy is trying to redefine "prior". Bud, the world doesn't stop when it comes out Floyd is a cheater. Maybe your flo mo world does.

It's boxing, everybody cheats, Holyfield's legacy is intact. But none of these guys were boxing's #1 PED crusader, ****ting on others for 5 years + with far less evidence. Take a special kind of lowlife. Wonder how he's got any fans.

There's no evidence proving for a fact he took any PEDs. Rather, he has passed all random drug tests. So until that information you allege comes out, you only have rumor or 'su****ion.'
