There are a few things to note. Firstly, to get an exemption so many days after the fight doesn't make sense. Secondly, unless he was on something illegal, the IV isn't going to give a fighter any advantage. Thirdly, why did Pacquaio's team not just inject perfectly legal substance in his shoulder without still bothering to ask? Finally, Pacquaio raised both arms at the end of the fight, which indicates it wasn't that bad. Maybe Mayweather's style is just wrong for Pac. He isn't that good against guys who box well. Floyd won, but it wasn't extremely dominant and nobody got badly hurt.

On a side note why would you put up your bank statement/reciept?Just because some keyboard warrior doubts you? It take a person with high self esteem to not have to take it that far. If I say I make a set amount of money and someone doubts it, I could give a two sh it. I'm not going be so insecure in that I have to prove it to someone I don't know, especially over the Internet.

Told by Nevada commission members that UFC fighter Frank Mir similarly obtained a TUE from USADA last week that Nevada ruled inadmissible.

He didn't need a TUE from NSAC lol, IVS and solution is not banned by NSAC lol
