Why do you think he took a IV solution at 14 times higher than the allowed rate? And a solution that is a known masking agent. Why would he do that. Being the educated man you proclaim you are, that doesn't seem fishy?

I think it was probably an autologous blood transfusion. Good old fashioned blood doping. Funny enough, there is no test for it that can be administered before a competition without inhibiting an athlete's performance, or without randomly testing them year round, to establish baseline values.

Funny enough, Floyd didn't do the year round testing, and obviously the test that would inhibit athletic performance the day before, would not be administered.

USADA, probably found another needle mark in Floyd arm, and Floyd retroactively filed for a TUE for "Rehydration".

He was tested before the IV's were taken and came up negative because more than likely he was on a IV solutions regimen all camp so when he would be tested it would be clean. Get it, that's why all previous test and prior test were negative because he was on this regimen.
