You're attacking one of the initial sources. It's come directly from the Nevada State Athletic Commission now that Floyd never received a valid exemption.

Like Bennet said, they are the only ones that can grant TUE's. USADA broke that rule.

And per WADA protocol(which USADA must follow) the TUE must come first before the IV is administered. USADA broke it's own rules.

On a side note why would you put up your bank statement/reciept?Just because some keyboard warrior doubts you? It take a person with high self esteem to not have to take it that far.
