hes really not they are trying to say hes using it to mask one i guess the problem with that tho is he took a drug test before and after the iv i think its more or less they are reaching i understand mayweather doesnt have much trouble making weight but anyone who watched the weigh in could see he cut more weight then normal

To give you an idea of how outlandish Floyds claims of 750ml for "Rehdration" are... especially without getting a TUE...

The maximum rate of IV infusion that USADA allows outside of hospital admittance, is 50ml per 6 hours.. So just to stay within the clearly defined USADA IV useage policy, Floyd would have stayed hooked up for 90 hours, or 3.4 Days.

The reason for this is also made very clear, as are the exceptions in which a TUE may be granted.

Its interesting to note the cases where TUE's can be issued. Medical Emergency... Inpatient Care... Surgery...

All of which involve being in a hospital, and not for rehydrating. So which of those criteria did Floyd meet to get his TUE?

The only reason has to be to mask PED's, there cant be any other reason. Others say it so you must beleive it. USADA passed all tests but its because Haymon bought them off. Yeah thats logical

The first was a mixture of 250 ml of saline and multi-vitamins. The second was a 500 ml mixuture of saline and Vitamin C. He was urine tested both before and after taking the solutions.
