Dude open your eyes. How old are you? Floyd more than likely had been on a IV saline solution and vitamin regimen all along so when he did get tested it will be masked. Get it, that's why past test came up negative.

Just for clarification it states "Found evidence that an I.V. had been administered" not that they busted him actually getting one.
