Thomas Hauser been trying to pin PED's on Mayweather for years now. It was people who tried to RUN with his "Mayweather Failed 3 Test" Story as well a few years ago before that got shot down.

The article acknowledges that Mayweather having failed three "A" sample tests is a rumor, and follows that up with an explanation of how "B" sample testing could have been avoided given the way USADA works.

I don't have any reason to believe that Mayweather failed any tests, but nevertheless USADA has not exactly gone out of the way to make itself credible. It is believable that USADA would retroactively sweep failed drug tests under the rug, whether or not it was Mayweather.
