The bout had so much money involved which can explain why there were no formal protests or objections provided to the NSAC. People weren't going to wait for another excuse to delay the match. Floyd like him or hate him understood how to win in the negotiation table.

For everyone doing it right now, outside of Donaire, it only starts when the contract is signed or strictly for training camp.
by this you mean NSAC is not administering its own random drug testing?

Floydiots don't even know USADA follow WADA protocols and regulations.....WADA does no testing...
Boxing is the wild west so you get athlete-lab contracts that scream conflict of interest with shady retroactive TUE's when the NSAC has officially said only they can grant TUE's........but recieved info about this ilegally granted TUE until 16 days after...
Pac not taking test=red flag=guilty
Floyd doing shady illegal stuff getting away with it because NSAC is allowing it presumably because it's too late to do anything about it=not a red flag=not guilty.
Pac would do something about it if he was clean.
Both are cheaters.

Is it su****ious the way (Pacquiao) has gained so much lean muscle mass while retaining and even seemingly improving his power and speed? Yes. It is highly su****ious. Conte in a recent interview with The Sweet Science.
