Lance Armstrong didn't often 'mask' substances. The number one thing he did was duck and dodge test takers. He normally had excuses and was a no-show.

Both Pacquiao and Mayweather were also tested a day before, and the samples passed. The likelihood he was masking a banned substance on fight day is just extremely unlikely.

If people are going to run with conspiracy theories, they should maybe go with out-of-competition usage. At least that has some legs because anyone can do it and no one would know.

VADA is in the business of drug testing. USADA is #1 in that business. Trying to ruin USADA's image aids VADA in gaining a larger share of the market, and gives them the ability to charge more for their service.

You think VADA charges less than USADA because they are nice people? Or because they hate profit? No, they charge less because they are competing with USADA for business. If they charged as much as USADA, they would die.

random drug testing is implemented, it is the all year round testing that is not.

Floyd style random drug testing only starts when Floyd signed the contract.

Random drug tested is only implemented if the athlete and/or Promoter is willing to pay for it, or if someone like Victor Conte is willing to sponsor it. Random drug testing is not implemented in professional boxing throughout, without discrimination. Although, what the WBC is doing is a step in the right direction.

For everyone doing it right now, outside of Donaire, it only starts when the contract is signed or strictly for training camp.
