The point being made was that USADA does in fact use CIR on samples. Whereas the article tries to paint that they do not. So no, your statement is what's ridiculous.

Again, Tyson Gaye was caught with a positive result by USADA via CIR.

Tyson Gaye doesn't have a personal contract with USADA, but is tested as part of a contract with the IOC and their anti doping branches.

If you don't see how making personal contracts with boxers is yet another flaw, that the athletic comissions need to sort out, then I don't know to what level of lawyering you will go to in defense of this shady situations jsut because they involve floyd.

I think it's a waste of time and that NSAC should take over the random drug testing. Just less complications that way. VADA is not included because they don't suit the writer's agenda. Keep in mind he's using a former PED peddler that sponsors VADA tests as a key source.

The fact is he failed 3 tests already in the past and had them thrown out by USADA. Then he used an IV which is not allowed and just happened to get caught so they gave him an exemption for no reason.

Until testing is done by an independent agency that's NOT paid by the fighter himself or someone representing him (Haymon), shady results and actions should not be any surprise.

Do you read? I already stated the conflict of interest issue in an earlier posting. And I've also said, and you've seen this, that NSAC should take it over since they now have a random drug testing program in place (which didn't exist years ago).
