    In advance means before
    Inform does not mean approved.

" he took the additional step of applying for a TUE after the IV infusion was administered in order remain in compliance with the USADA program. Although Mr. Mayweather’s application was not approved until after his fight with Mr. Pacquiao and all tests results were reported"

I have a feeling he wont fight again either. He needs to get this whole scandal wrapped up because this shhh is just getting started for him. The only way he fights again is if he comes out clean and clear of all this. He is going to get investigated big time now, Lance Armstrong/ Barry Bonds style. Doug Fishers reports on him testing positive in the past will come back to light. This story isn't going anywhere and its only going to get deeper.

When is the asterisk getting attached?

            • For all the people saying the IV is proof of Mayweather washing PEDs out of his system explain this article from Kevin Iole back in May.
He took two separate mixes. The first was a mixture of 250 ml of saline and multi-vitamins. The second was a 500 ml mixuture of saline and Vitamin C. He was urine tested both before and after taking the solutions.

              All tests came back negative.

If he was urine tested before the IV was administered & the theory is he used an IV to mask PED usage doesn't this prove that wasn't what was going on since nothing was detected previous to the IV being used?

              • Watching First Take right now and Skip Bayless is going in on Floyd. I was expecting Stephen A. Smith to provide his usual typical biased opinion in regards to Floyd, but much to my surprise, he's actually agreeing with Skip. You know it's bad when one of the most vocal Floyd supporters can't even put a positive spin on this story.

On another note, Stephen A. Smith did reveal that Floyd's camp intends to hold a press release on this matter in order to salvage whatever respect the people have left for his asterisk ridden career. This is eerily similar to the Lance Armstrong case, I expect Floyd to mention how he's "never failed a drug test", the same way Lance did.

Well Floyd, taking in 750 ml of saline, which is 14 times the legal amount of 50 ml, and makes up roughly 16% of the blood normally present in an adult male might be the reason why you've never failed a drug test.

                  just red flags everywhere.

his t/e ratio should get more attention imo. that just reeks of complete guilt.

                    • The only way this day could be topped is with Amir Khan coming out and saying he thinks its disgraceful what Floyd Mayweather has done, NSB might explode If that happens not from ISIS though sorry couldn't resist.
