How many more of his fights against elite level opponents were marred by his use of banned substances? Of course, we likely will never know but just like I said yesterday, and the day before and the day before that, you'd have to be ridiculously naive or blind to think Floyd got where he is, with his unbeaten record, without bending and breaking rules that applied to his opponents but not himself. I can't wait for Floyd to go away so we don't have to see him in the ring or deal with any of his crap anymore. No more glove demands, weight demands, drug testing demands, etc. etc.
It's no coincidence that Floyd is the only boxer that is able to create his own rules which he doesn't have to abide by, creating a handicap that all but ensures his repeated victory. I hope Berto is juiced to the gills and is able to give Floyd a taste of his own tainted medicine. Who am I kidding, that's wishful thinking since we know Berto is going to be tested up the ass while Floyd may get tested once and receive another exemption from any associated penalties.
This is getting better and better

And per the WADA code(It's even bolded in the actual article, which is on USADA's site):
http://www.usada.org/is-it-prohibite...-and-recovery/
1 they are incompetent
2 they are corrupt
No way do I think they don't know their own rules that are highlighted in bold on their website. So that takes away incompetent. This was a Haymon payoff. Their story just doesn't make sense. If they knew ahead of time why was the TUE not filed for weeks later? And if they knew ahead of time why would they approve something that is directly against their rules and specified in bold on their website? If they knew ahead of time why didn't they let Nevada know? This is a damage control cover up going on. Floyd was never going to let anyone know and only filed weeks after the fact because he got caught during a random test at his home. My guess is Haymon made some phone calls wrote some checks and they were told by USADA they need to file this so they could retro act the TUE and try and save face with Nevada to make it go away.
