If he was urine tested before the IV was administered & the theory is he used an IV to mask PED usage doesn't this prove that wasn't what was going on since nothing was detected previous to the IV being used?

Watching First Take right now and Skip Bayless is going in on Floyd. I was expecting Stephen A. Smith to provide his usual typical biased opinion in regards to Floyd, but much to my surprise, he's actually agreeing with Skip. This is eerily similar to the Lance Armstrong case, I expect Floyd to mention how he's "never failed a drug test", the same way Lance did.
