The test is either positive ir negative, he didn't test positive for any banned substance, so if getting an IV is legal then it is what it is, Pacquiao could've done the sane too, all athletes on this level do whatever they can to perform on the highest level legally, Pacquiao wanted todorol before a boxing match, he basically wanted something so that he doesn't feel pain during the fight! Which is why they denied it, should've asked for cortisone or something but it is what it is.

irrelevant argument because you're discounting the fact that

1) he received the IV at his ****ing house, odd considering you must be severely dehydrated and are at this point considering medical attention to warrant intravenous fluids, so you're going to the damn hospital..not sitting on your couch playing playstation

2) he did it without telling anybody and USADA actually found out while coming by for a random test sample, then they kept it under wraps until 3 weeks after the fight

3) this type of IV for dehydration can also be used to mask other illegal substances in your system

4) this most likely disproves the theory that he "walks around at 150lbs", so much for that bull**** lol
