irrelevant argument because you're discounting the fact that

1) he received the IV at his ****ing house, odd considering you must be severely dehydrated and are at this point considering medical attention to warrant intravenous fluids, so you're going to the damn hospital..not sitting on your couch playing playstation

2) he did it without telling anybody and USADA actually found out while coming by for a random test sample, then they kept it under wraps until 3 weeks after the fight

3) this type of IV for dehydration can also be used to mask other illegal substances in your system

4) this most likely disproves the theory that he "walks around at 150lbs", so much for that bull**** lol

I have no doubt in my mind that Floyd uses some form of PED and has been getting away with it for years, especially in his later years

True, not every banned substance is a PED. There are a lot of substances that are banned, because they are used to mask/dilute the use of PED's, like when they take extremely large amounts of substances through an IV.

how could you possibly believe that? the guy illegally took 15 times the legal limit of IV fluid and tried to hide that he was doing it. why would he need that much IV fluid? he only dropped 3 pounds. IV's are often used to hide steroid use like you just said so that's obvisouly what he was doing but he just got caught this time. he almost certainly has been doing it over and over. also usada covering it up makes them look so corrupt.

These Football players getting suspended for weed. Weed is not a performance enhancer. It is just a banned substance. If Floyd were on PED's, then you can question his legacy. But as of now, you really can't say much until all the facts are gathered. Again, it is very suspect that this comes out days before his fight. It is just like the Miss Jackson Gold Digger incident last september. Again, we have to wait and see.
