He can't be right at 152 because those last two pounds are a killer for him. With Canelo at 160 Lara is the best 154 pounder in the world.
Lol @ this slick comment. Floyd schooled Canelo 12-0. Get over it.

Seriously, does it matter? Promoters block the fight we should see and want to see. Networks do the same. There is no True Greatest fighter out there! How would we know? The fights never happen. Marketing a fighter is first. Setting someone up in a P4P spot that means little to nothing just to hype a fight is more important than the best fighting the best.
They had their chance with the Pacquiao Mayweather fight and blew it. Biggest joke in the history of the sport. Both fighters ******. They both according to stats fought the worst fight of their career. How will the landscape be now? Nothings gonna ***ing change. Just getting rid of one over marketed hype job to build another one in its place.
Networks and Promoters will still do their grimy ass shlt to get paid and meanwhile Us, the fans will talk about who is the best P4P fighter in the world for no ***ing reason at all. Especially when determining that is flawed beyond belief. P4P lmfao!

I like how people naively think the best will start fighting the best when Floyd retires, when there's still the issue of promoters.

Only Kovalev/Stevenson. The rest I can live without.

The career path in boxing used to be to create your own lane and become the best which will lead to stardom.

The new career path is to protect your record which will lead to a fight with Floyd or Pac. With those 2 out of the picture these fighters will need to find another way to get that big payday.

Mayweather-Berto is going to alter the course of boxing. Aspiring young boxers around the world will begin to mimic Berto's impregnable defense.

                Roman Gonzalez

Who is the man to beat at 147?

                Manny Pacquiao
                Timothy Bradley
                Kell Brook
                Shawn Porter
                Keith Thurman

Who is the man to beat at 154?

Erislandy Lara or will Canelo and Cotto move down? Charlo/Charlo/JRock

Who will be public enemy #1?

Who will emerge as the new face of the sport?

                Canelo {Not being able to sell his fights in English will prevent Alvarez from every truly crossing over beyond the Mexican/Mexican American audience}
                Gennady Golovkin
Andre Ward Pending getting on the Cotto-Alvarez PPV, performing well, and the Cotto-Alvarez show tripling the Golovkin's number, compelling the Golovkin fight, and Ward doing the business there
                Sergey Kovalev
                Vasyl Lomachenko
                Terrence Crawford

Who is the next superstar to emerge?

                Felix Verdejo
                Errol Spence Jr.
                Oscar Valdez

And most importantly, will we finally start to see fights being made from 140-154?
For the last question, once Floyd throws his four belts back into the open (WBC/WBA belts at 147 and 154) and fighters start jockeying for shots.

                    No he's not.

he hasn't fought there for 2 years or defended his titles even once. He's not the legit champion or belt holder.
