No, it's through Brook practically using Khan's name to stay in the spot light.

Fight a bum, use Khan's name to hype it, rinse and repeat, the Kell Brook story.

Jan Zavcek held that belt, so did the guy he beat to get the belt Isaac something something. Point being if it isn't for Kell using Khan's name to stay relevant, he would be just another "belt holder" and not known "globally".

In this article they talk about getting Brook proper training on it:

          http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/oth...-the-ring.html

Hearn told Telegraph Sport: "We are putting Kell on a media training course and we are getting expert advice on doing interviews with television and journalists for print and websites."

Brook is a world champion who has never lost a fight and never been knocked down. Porter may be his only real big win but it's the win that made him a champion and nobody else has been able to beat Porter. I've seen him fight recently. He scored two impressive knock outs defending his title. They weren't top challengers but Khan refused to fight him. He is fighting a good fighter in Chavez who held Bradley to a disputed draw. I think Brook is one of the best welterweights in the world.

Instead of looking at Brook's resume and saying he hasn't beaten anybody any good except Porter, look at the way he beat Porter, in Porter's own back yard, and think how many other WW's could have done that.

If he hadn't been stabbed and had to take time out to recover, he would already have built on the Porter win by now. Look at his resume in 2 years time and judge him then.

I can't even think of too many guys who want to get in the ring with Porter, let alone fight and beat him like Brook did. Most, if not all of the bad rap on Brook comes from the Pakis while defending that fraud Khan.
Ease up on the racial slur and even then you're just generalizing.

Brook was in a competitive bout and hats off to him for pulling it off with the odds of gaining a favourable decision arguably against him.

                      You don't honestly believe that

There was always hype around Brook. He was on BBC when he was 15 years old.

If you think it's all down to Khan's name, you're deluded.
