Prime Oscar cleans out 147 easy. At 154/160, he wasnt as good. His best weights were 140/147. So he might do well at 154 as well, but at 160, he never looked good. But at 147 he would own welter. Past his prime he gave PBF a really good fight.

Actually any of those great welters from the 90's would clean out everyone currently at 147, Shane,DLH,Quartey and Tito.
