Yes he would clean out the division. Including Fraud and Pac.

With ease. The best guys are past it and the others are a joke aside from Bradley.

He could probably beat any welterweight but 154 was never his prime weight and I think Lara and Canelo would beat him at 154. He had no outstanding wins at 154. Vargas and Mayorga had already been ruined by Trinidad.

Out boxes the rest. Wins a close one vs. Bradley.

Oscar would get to Lara, lets be real here. You had Angulo's slow ass pinning Lara against the ropes, Canelo managed the same and he isn't the fastest on his feet, DLH would find it easier than those two especially with his far superior jab. Lara who likes to paw with his right/ bring it back low would likely hit the canvas or get stopped.

Prime Oscar at WW was huge. The guys shoulders looked like a natural MW's.

He'd beat the crap out of the entire division, minus Floyd, Manny, and he'd have a hell of a scrap with Cotto.

Brook would also give him a run for his money.

Otherwise, prime Oscar boxes up everyone at WW.

Prime Oscar could beat any of current Weltherweight division, because pacman and floyd are way past their prime and there aren't other highest quality elite fighter in the division right now. There are good fighters, but not at the level of prime oscar, pacman and floyd

There's a lot of decent welters, but yeah prime DLH would beat them all. I would go another step and say he beats any version of Floyd or Pac at 147 as well.

                    154 is a stretch. 160, no way.

It could be because for someone rated so highly by the industry, he lost all of his big fights. His top wins were legends on the down slide. However, no one can deny he is the Golden Boy in financial terms.
