Good fight, and a tough test for Quigg.

Hopefully it happens, it being the same night as Cotto Vs Canelo is a bonus.

Why is Bob Arum negotiating a fighter deal with Barry Hearn for a Matchroom Sport fighter, when Eddie Hearn (his son) is the actual party who speaks for Matchroom Sport? To here folks tell it, Eddie Hearn is largely the sole reason why Matchroom Sport is even back in boxing.

Whether it's Arum talking to Khan (without working through Haymon), talking to Chavez Sr (without working out the deal with Chavez Jr's actual manager), or a host of other slights, there continue to be examples of Arum always trying to undercut fights and stiff someone.

Just imagine, Eddie Hearn, calling up Michael Koncz, and hammering out a deal to bring Pacquiao out to fight Kell Brook; how would Arum react to that? lol

Arum is a dinosaur that needs to go. Arum seems like the kind of guy everyone respects but dont want to work with because he no longer has the vision for todays world.

Frampton is the A-side. Quigg's team are trying to dangle Donaire to force Frampton into accepting their terms for the fight.

It could be that he got Barry and Eddie mixed up.

But I've heard that Daddy still really runs things over at Matchroom.

Truth is Hearn has been using Arum's fighters, screwing him in effect, to make it look like he's got alternatives to Khan and Frampton. Rios was another victim of Hearn's negotiating tactic where his focus is on a specific fighter like Khan, and in this case Hearn is using Donaire to force Frampton into the negotiating table.

                      Hearn wants Frampton, not Donaire.
