Thurman says in the video that he's accepted a Porter fight 3 times and the fight hasn't got made and that the problem isn't from his end.

This talk of Thurman ducking Porter is so ******ed it's unreal. Thurman has been begging for that fight for a while, if that fight is offered to him, there's no doubt he will take it.

What did he say in that interview that warrants you questioning if he's ducking?

All I heard him say was that he accepted the Porter fight 3 times and the fight never got made.

Well if he's said 'yes' to a Porter fight 3 times, it means he's accepted some kind of offer to fight him...

            That's what I thought.

If I was Keith I would target Bradley (if that was even possible). Bradley doesn't give a ****

Mayweather Jr. tells him to fight Spence (which is a joke)

Pacquiao is coming off shoulder surgery and talks are him and Khan

Khan is a maybe, I think he'd do it but I don't know if Al would put it together

Marcos is on vacation and has pulled out I think a couple times of a possible match-up w/Keith (at least once)

Brook is a maybe, but it seems like he can't figure out who he wants to fight next - strange situation

Porter has said in the past he would, but now that it's an actual possibility he's acting funny about it (don't get that)

DSG probably wants to ease himself into the division a little bit before he goes against the top dogs

For some reason people are blaming Keith, but I don't think that's the case. He's a pretty transparent/open-book type of dude.

I just really hope Thurman/Porter ends up happening. Would be an awesome match-up

So how does accepting the fight 3 times equate to him ducking Porter?

**** like this is why Haymon gets hate. It's time to make these fights. If he doesn't, he will be deservedly criticized. He can't keep protecting every fighter like he did Berto and he can't keep treating every halfway decent fight like some super fight that needs to be built up over 3 or 4 years.

This is not the first time Thurman has talked about expecting a certain fight, accepting those fights, and not getting them. He needs to start demanding them if Haymon doesn't want to make them. Throw his weight around a little.

Porter's dad, if I remember correctly, said they were offered undercard money, whatever that means.

I didn't say he was ducking Porter...

Agree, all the top welters in his stable are available and ready to be matched up. I'm trying to support this PBC thing but they need to start making more competitive match ups, we've seen some good ones so far, but not enough.

There is absolutely no reason at all why Thurman, Porter, Khan and Danny shouldn't be matched up before the end of the year.
