Can we agree that Floyd Mayweathers last 5 years of his career is overrated

You discredit Mayweathers win over Guerrero because his prime weight was 126, but want a fighter who's prime weight was 135 to fight Golovkin.

Mayweather's prime has been 147.

The difference is, Mayweather is SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT FIGHTER.

Great fighters are supposed to do great things. Roberto Duran beat Iran Barkley who had beaten Tommy Hearns for the middleweight championship.

But Mayweather is just an ordinary boxer. Truth is, he's been carefully matched and always has a home advantage, referees (Cortez, Bayless) and judges (for the Castillo fight) there to help out when needed.

And he's a boring, safety-first boxer who just goes for UDs (unless he sees the chance for a sucker punch).

Because he was faster, quicker, had more power, threw more punches, had size advantages, took more risks, better offensively... at the lower weights.
