I thought the Charr\Duhaupas fight wasn't a bad little scrap regardless of what others say. I actually had Charr winning a close fight but tonight I don't know what happened. Breidis won every round & I thought it was only a matter of time until Charr landed a couple of big shots to either take him out or at least turn the fight around. Charr was clearly bigger than him & it looked like all the punches he took didn't hurt him at all until that big uppercut followed by the hook. Never saw that coming! The hook was the icing on the cake as Charr was out cold by the uppercut. Maybe the Duhaupas result had more to do with Charr fading badly. Povetkin is the only guy who really hurt Charr but this Breidis guy took him out!

where did he generate all that power from that 1 punch?? didn't expect charr to fall from that uppercut, considering the other guy is a small hw.

I have been aware of Mairis for a few years now. I thought he may upset Charr. Well done lad. Not bad for a cruiserweight.

Hadn't heard of Briedis before today but hopefully he goes back to cruiserweight and adds to the mix there. Charr went down heavy.

Not a good thing for the jackasses who pretend being 240 pounds makes you inherently better than someone who is 200-210 pounds.

There were a couple of guys on another site who were convinced this would be the outcome & predicted days before the fight. One had followed this Breidis for awhile including his one night tourney fights similar to Prizefighter. I guess BoxRec doesn't count them. If you did follow the fights & count them in his record he would be 28-1 & his only loss was a terrible decision. I'm gonna watch some of those fights.
