All the greats would be favored right now in my mind. He hasn't fought any real fights yet. It is not completely his fault, but until he fights Canelo, Cotto, Ward, Froch or someone who isn't cannon fodder, we won't know if he's legit or fake.
Ask this question in a 5 or so years, he could be Jeff Lacy or Tavoris Cloud be then.

Hard to tell, since there is no blueprint to beat GGG, there wasnt a single fight that he didnt dominate or where he got hurt, so I assume he would give every MW a history a run for his money. Hagler vs GGG would have been huge, he would knock out Hearns who couldnt take GGGs punches and Duran who was small and not very good at MW, one of the hardest fights would have been prime Hopkins.

            Toney would eat GGG up.

GGG has good angles and feints but he still steps straight to you and no one is beating a prime toney by stepping to him.

anyways we just dont know nearly enough yet.

GGG is an amazing offensive guy, but we haven't seen if his power will put away fighters with proven iron jaws yet.

He is however hittable, and guys like hagler, robinson, toney, mcclellan, monzon etc will make you pay big time for being open on the way in. With shots that can KNOCK GUYS OUT.

Hell even prime JCC Jr. Would have given GGG a hard time.
Lololol prime Jcc Jr, when was that? I get the post is a troll attempt, that's the funniest part

Anybody can youtube some old fights that make the truth of what you're saying obvious.

Not saying he doesn't belong in that kinda' company. Just that it's pretty hard to make the case at this point due to his lack of that level opposition and so one must logically side with the established greats.

Benn's power would be unlike power GGG has ever faced ,I could see Benn getting walked down I suppose but I also see Benn landing a bomb and stopping GGG in a huge upset
infact Benn was most dangerous when trapped against the ropes
yep, every time Benn wobbled and goaded his opponents in with his hands down, you knew the other guy was in for hell, win or lose.

Man, just thinking about it, Benn v GGG would be a ferocious war, forget all this Lemming crap lol

Questions like this are crazy at this point in time. Based on what we've seen to date, there is no way to favor Golovkin against any of the great middleweights. There's a long list of guys who could beat him.

We've never seen anyone bring the best out of Golovkin, either, so this question isn't fair to anyone involved. Golovkin may have a level or two left to show us that blows away what we think of him now. Let's hold off on this topic until we see something worth bringing it up.
