pac vs. algieri - cruised to a shutout lopsided decision, 6 knockdowns

khan vs. algieri - close tough fight for khan

and it wasn't a matter of styles.

khan is not on the same level as old, past it pac.

And that will show if they fight.

I'm dying for that fight to happen.

Glass jaw someone must be kind enough to tell you that you don't win fights through twitter followers who know jack s.hit about our sport.
As for boxings pfp spot , I didn't think you could get any more deluded than what you already are. That Khan will never belong to you or a fighter of your likes .The pfp spot is NOT for fighters with chins like yours.
You are a disgrace to the game from what set out to look like a promising career.
I am all for fighters having confidence and belief that's the game but you rant on about ridiculous things while keeping that dodgy chin well out of harms way .....by fighting either has beens or unproven fighters and we all know that will continue, as the first real test you face you will again fail.....
I'll say it again ...Khan you are a disgrace.

Unless Team Khan has the intestinal fortitude to either leave, sue or terminate their business relationship with Al Haymon, I just don't see how this fight will ever materialize.

he'll land something good and good night amir.

Besides the magnitude of the event and the monetary gains, Khan believes a dominating victory could catapult him to take over Floyd Mayweather's current top position in the pound-for-pound rankings.

Both Khan and Pacquiao are interested in the fight. Pacquiao's promoter, Bob Arum of Top Rank, would like to stage it next year.

same delusions Ricky Hatton had.He got knocked out after having been all about this pound for pound thing and now he's on crack. I think it's something to do with that water in Manchester. At least Ricky Hatton had a following and he brought something to the table. WHAT does Khan bring?

Khan has a terrific 140lb resume with exceptional wins and beating Pacquiao would make him a top 3 at welter, if he follows that up with Brook or Bradley and Floyd is retired or continues fighting bums, Khan is clearly number one.

Obviously that's a lot of ifs and buts but the talent and skill is there. Is the dedication though?
I don't think either Khan or Brook will get much credit by beating th eother as neither has a terrific resume at WW - more likely fans will dismiss the loser as a never-was. If either Brook or Khan beat Bradley in their next fight or 2 much more credit will be given.

Beating Pacquiao would get lots of credit especially if it's done after Pacquaio comes in back and has beaten a B level fighter similar to Algieri showing that he is not in decline. Seems like Khan wants to get Pacquiao in his first fight back hoping to catch him rusty.

Khan is delusional. Why are those who know and love Khan not getting him professional help? Surely he must have friends and loved ones; or are they all in on some sick joke?

That's the impression isn't it. There are people who seize the moment realizing that life is short and that Opportunity is but a fleeting acquaintance and then there are people who think that they have all the time in the world not realizing that change is normally gradual but constant.

Lemieux is an example of the former and Khan of the latter. Lemieux is exploiting his momentum and his prime. Khan is wasting his prime - he just needs to fight ... stay active .... anyone!

Agree with the first half of your post. Khan makes for exciting fights though so no way I am putting him down as a disgrace to boxing - that is just the Brook fan boy in you talking. Even against pillow fisted Alexander the outcome wasn't certain until the final bell as with Khan one punch can change everything.
On the subject of Brook he also is a protected fighter. I won't change my opinion until I see him step up his level of defence.
