Bryant is with Gary Shaw who gets an HBO date every once in a while but its crowded over there at HBO with top rank, gb, k2, main events, etc on a limited budget. He has to realize he isn't going to get paid what he got paid for vlad, and if he wants high purses he may have to fight in europe.

I actually kinda agree on this , If the money isnt there , then at least the exposure should be , and PPV has less viewers then reg HBO show , its sux to be inactive but as we dont know the offer we cant just blame it on him.Comment

He was gonna fight the fight before Gonzalez, not even the fight before the main event so the in arena and tv exposure was gonna be minimal as well as the pay. He said on Twitter that he made more money fighting Perez on HBO, which was also more exposure. Nothing to gain for him being on this cardComment

Yes, you do. That's how losing when you get your shot works. You don't get to stay big money main event unless you have already had a big fanbase like Haye and Povetkin. He can either face other contenders to earn another shot, or face less-challenging opposition while waiting for a big chance for good money to fall into his lap.
What I will say in defence of Jennings though is that it probably wasn't a big offer, and with Ortiz using roids before you'd have to insist on testing which would be another chunk out of what he was getting.Comment
