he didnt run away he signed where he would make way more money. how is that running away but kovalev signing with hbo when he could of fought stevenson first somehow not runninge away? what is the difference? the difference is stevenson was willing to enter a purse bid and see which way the chips fall theres no way around that. i dont want to hear about hbo deals and what not they cant legally not let kovalev enter a purse bid PERIOD

Neither fighter is fighting the best guys out there. Kovalev beat "has Jesus' beeper number" Hopkins and "I'd rather model" Cleverly. Pascal was a good win but he's getting up there in age. Adonis beat "clumsy ass" Bika and "sad Chad" Dawson. Fonfara might be the best fighter either guy has beaten which makes my point. It's a sad situation in the Light Heavyweight division.

Stevenson saying Kovalev is fighting bums haha, Dawson is the only legitimate top fighter at 175 that Stevenson has even fought after he was destroyed by Ward. It just laughable, he been holding this belt hostage.

I don't even think Kovalev - Stevenson is competitive. A whitewash for Kova.

I still think it's a pick em fight now. Last year I fancied Adonis but the longer it takes to make the fight I have to give the edge to Kovalev. Duva is doing the smart thing delaying it.
