If he gets Russian citizenship, all he has to do is renounce his U.S. citizenship, otherwise he will be paying a double tax, as America has a worldwide Tax system, unlike most countries.

If Jones could get an EU Passport, I'm sure he totally would. He only got the Russian Passport because he asked ***** (country leader) personally during a conversation.

Keep in mind, with a US Passport, Jones can easily get into most EU countries without a visa (you just get a visitors visa at the airport). You can't do that in Russia, you need an approved visa before boarding the plane. With a Russian passport, he can go to Russia back and forth anytime he pleases without needing to go through the process of applying for a visa every time.

Well, he can get in to E.U. on a U.S. one, which grants him a 90 days visa by default upon arrival, where he can only do touristy stuff. You need to apply for a permit to do school or in this case business.
