Catchweights are rubbish !

All of those wins are tainted.

The fact that I can start a discussion by saying that every single one of those wins are tainted..... proves it to be so.

FACT: catchweights are completely unnecessary.,.... so the fact that you have lowered your standards unnecessarily is amusing to me.

How can anyone defend this catchweight garbage from Cotto. At least with Manny he was a natural featherweight willing to come up to 147. And the 145 catch weight with Cotto was a meeting halfway agreement because 140 was too low for cotto (hadn't made that weight for years) and 147 was too high for Pac because he barely rehydrated to that. But with Cotto in regards to 160....he is a natural middleweight. He rehydrates comfortabely almost to 170! Just because he can dry himself out to 153 doesn't mean he is at SUCH a disadvantage! H*ll GGG can make 154, it doesnt mean he is a naturally smaller man. Cotto is a averagely sized middleweight and he needs to stop acting like he is Floyd fighting Canelo at a 24lb weight defecit on fight night or Pac against Margs with a 18lb defecit

I hate catchweights as well.. but Pacquiao a bad example, Pac came up from "Natural Featherweight" Cotto started his career at "Natural Junior Welterweight" they both have outgrown their "Natural" Weights...... same nonsense different dudes.. and I love cotto. He needs to go back to 154

Lemmings riding high on beating Rosado. Now I mean no disrespect to Rosado, who seems to be a really cool and down to earth dude in his interviews and he always shows great courage in his fights. But the way the Dave's fans have been touting Gabe's dismantling is mass hysteria.

And it's going to is be excruciatingly awkward around here for the Lemmings after Golovkin utterly destroys the hapless Lemieux.

That said, if Lemieux somehow ends up in a ring with Cotto after the drubbing he's about to suffer, at least his fans will be able to say that Golovkin roont him and thus will be able to continue to justify their loathing for Cotto.
