One thing I do not understand. When Andrea fights Froch, he is top opponent.
But when Golovkin tries the same .. he is chasing cans. Why such double standards?
And to refresh your memory, few months ago Ward refused to fight Froch again at Nottingham.
The simple point being made is that Team Golovkin was talking all this **** about being happy to fight Froch or Chavez Jr (a fighter, mind you, who would likely walk into the ring for any fight near 190lbs) yet, you mention Andre Ward and the entire squad, Golovkin included, stammer around like little *****es. Now, Golovkin and his fans are beating their chest over this 164lb BS (thought still asking for 50/50 split of the money as the "A-side).gtfoh

It is similar to a Mayweather fight that sells 13K of 16K tickets overall in the first hour of availability but struggles to sell the other 3K over the next 2 months. It's ticket brokers that buy those 13K right off the bat and try to pawn them off at a profit through secondary ticket markets.
Either way I hope Golovkin sells out the place, it will increase his bargaining power vs. Ward. Maybe Ward will give him 35% of the purse now.
If that was the actual offer that Team Golovkin went to the press with to begin with, they would've likely had the Ward fight in the cue, rather than looking like punks.

I think that was for this fight.

Either way GGG is doing great, headlining his first ppv in a unification. Don't think they're too concerned with looking like punks as they sell 15k tickets in days, and aim square at the winner of Cotto Canelo, who may have Ward vs another bum on their undercard.

Golovkin-Lemieux pricing for MSG: $500/$300/$200/$100/$50, with a rumored half of the 17.5k tickets priced at $50
Golovkin MIGHT end up having a $1m-$1.5m live gate, and number that Cotto likely doubled with his fight against Geale.
The information isn't that difficult to find, and you're obviously not an idiot; why continue to assume that you can tell bold-faced bull**** without anyone fact-checking your story.
