Because he has a title unification fight that will bring him a hell of a lot more money than fighting Ward ever would have. And GGG is the headliner of the PPV. Has Ward ever headlined a PPV? Think he will EVER headline a PPV? Does BET even do PPVs?

By the time a GGG - Ward fight is made, Ward will not be the B side, he will be the Z side. In fact, if Golovkin ever agrees to fight him it will be out of pity and in the goal to give a once great fighter a payday to keep him off the street.
