GGG's ticket sales are impressive because you could probably fit every man, woman, child Kazahk in the entire U.S into Madison Square Garden, and then maybe you'd fill it up.
Cotto vs Geale tickets were similarly priced and didnt sell as well.

I think Lemieux and his threat as a big puncher excites people more than Geale.

Very impressed with GGG's growing star power though.

When is Ward fighting Kovalev, btw?
maybe next year but i think Ward stays at 172 until Kovalev moves up to CW

What Golovkin and K2 have done in the markets of NY and LA is extremely impressive.

It's a great style matchup. 2 monster punchers that guarantee fireworks. Geale was a "gimme" fight for Cotto. Didnt draw much interest despite having a huge PR following here.

I was at Cotto Geale, I was actually able to move down to better seats.

                I bought the 40$ tickets

Yeah. I guess Andre must be selling out MSG at 172, otherwise he'd be moving up to LHW straight away. Oh wait .... 172 is LHW. Silly me.

                      Yeah, 10 years after, lol.

Golovkin should move up now doe. No more excuses like unifying his own division first.
