Should be a hell of a fight, definitely going to be the biggest win of either guy's career. I hope this is a 3-5 round, all cards out on the table, Hagler vs Hearns type of fight. I feel like it has a chance to be.

I feel like if Lemieux starts getting behind he's gonna swing for the fences which will create opportunities for exactly that scenario.

Hagler-Hearns was basically a street fight.

great numbers great for golovkin, but is it great for the sport and ppl who want to see the best aka most competitive fights??
i say that bc this will just become another way he can duck fights outside of his division or even inside if some sort of competition comes along...

canelo had the chance to be this way but he took the lara fight anyways...will GGG do the same with dangerous opponents who are not popular? as of late he's made excuse so my short answer is no, but only time will tell

Damn, Lemieux must have a lot of Canadian fans coming down for the fight.

ggg has good potential fights(cotto, canelo, lee) in his own division, what is the point to move up or down?

if you want competative fights you better watch PBC fights like Wilder vs Duhapas, Stevenson vs Karpency

I dont even think Cotto has done this with 2 months out.

                MSG is now GGG's house!

If the prices were the same, Cotto would do these numbers. New York City has so many Puerto Ricans it's like in parts you would think it's part of Puerto Rico.

GGG's ticket sales are impressive because you could probably fit every man, woman, child Kazahk in the entire U.S into Madison Square Garden, and then maybe you'd fill it up.

Yeah, fuck this unifying titles shit - guys ducking fights outside their own division is bad for the sport.

When is Ward fighting Kovalev, btw?
