    50/50 fight.

Although I do want to see Brook-Khan right away, a win over Bradley, and unifying the belts will make Khan look like a coward for not fighting him.

Bradley and Porter wins >>>> Anything Khan has done past 5 years.

Bradley has a tendency to get suckered into firefights when it's not in his best interest. Let's hope we don't see him make those same mistakes vs Brooks though. Good fight if it gets made.

.... Hearn is with PBC, so yeah.

James Degale is supposed to be having his second PBC fight in due time, Lee Selby is gearing up for his first title defense, Jamie McDonnell is fighting his bantamweight rematch on PBC, and Haymon is one the verge of delivering the Quigg fight to Carl Frampton.

Meanwhile, Arum wasn't able to deliver the Brandon Rios fight over money, and I doubt Arum even comes close to delivering Bradley unless the take is at least $2m for Bradley.

This would be a really good match-up.

Arum and Hearn have had a number of meetings about various fights, but let's see what they can actually get done here.

Logic says Thurman vs Brook would be an easy fight to make. But it's not even being considered, isn't it? Why is that, Mr predictable?

Because both fighters are still young, both fighters have other bouts in their path, and, given some time and continued exposure, Brook vs Thurman is a massive fight in 12-16 months (PBC seemingly moving entirely away from PPV would leave the fight being positioned to either air on a primetime PBC show, to try and goose the ad numbers for the fight, or in the afternoon, to maximize the UK PPV money being put into the pot).

Of the post-Floyd crop of welterweights, the top fighters are likely to be Brook, Thurman, Spence Jr, and (imo) Danny Garcia.

There's nothing wrong with going with Thurman-Porter and Brook-Chaves as interim fights before considering the fight (can add the UK interest in seeing Brook-Khan beforehand as well, with Thurman-Maidana as a quality holdover fight too).

Most of the fighters are under the same affiliated umbrella, so there's no rush to make the fight.
