Ward all day.
Who has GGG beat to suggest he touches Ward? Never mind the skill and size gap.
When are ppl on NSB going to realise that a skilled, cagey boxer will nearly always beat a boxer puncher/slugger/swarmer? Especially one who's naturally bigger.
We see it time and time again whether its Mayweather, Ward, Rigo, Hopkins. Smart fighters who can make adjustments nearly always win.

TBH, I've only seen these polls only recently, relatively speaking. Yet I know which matchup is more competitive. And that's what being a real fan is all about. It's not based on hate. You want to see fights that are competitive.Comment

the confounding factor is golovkin's own extensive boxing education. yes, usually a good boxer can frustrate a good slugger, but golovkin is a good boxer himself and so what we want to see is whether he has the ring craft to get anything through ward's defence. with the size disadvantage it will be an uphill battle, but he'll certainly be the most dangerous opponent that ward has faced regardlessComment

I expect a great 2016 against quality opposition now that we with Roc Nation. If Golovkin wants to put on his man pants and step up to the man at 168 we can make it happen.Comment

I just think Ward is the cagey/craftier fighter a great example of a ring general. Not to mention having his own physical advantages mainly size and very good hand speed.
I just don't see how GGG beats him at this point.Comment
