This bare minimum, which is an exaggeration, is better than taking multiple loses at this stage of his career. Your oblivious to the fact that what your describing is, Mayweather having slowed through moving up these weight classes/ age. On top of that go look at other ATGs around Mayweather's age, see how they looked in comparison.

To add, a prime Mayweather was, in my opinion, far more entertaining to watch than Pacquiao. More versatile, more punch variety, it's ignorant to look at him right now and say the bolded.

Manny Pacquiao needs to be rated higher because one fight doesn't change the game, this is like Rocky Marciano fighting Joe Louis at the end of his career...
Ask yourself this does anyone rate Marciano higher than Joe Louis, well IF they do its not many people!

Greatness is weighed by what you do at the right time and not when it is easiest for you to achieve it this is why Floyd wont be rated higher than Manny Pacquiao.
