    The funniest one I ever heard.....

    A woman successfully sued a department store because she slipped on some water that was spilt by, wait for it..... her very own daughter

    Here, we have alternatively ****** solutions.....

    * woman spills some HOT coffee on her lap while driving
    * woman complains to management
    * heat on coffee machine is turned down to warm

    SOLUTION: now you can't buy a hot coffee.

    MORAL: everyone pays, because of one idiot..... it wasn't the fact that the coffee spilled, it was the fact that she blamed something else instead of admitting her own carelessness.

Lets be clear here, the Nevada AG is investigating Manny for perjury, as we speak, that investigation is similar to this investigation. It all comes down to public faith and trust, and Manny's representations leading up to and after the fight. Manny led the public to believe he was healthy, there was reasonable expectation that we were getting a fair fight so to speak. Thats what consumer protection laws are all about, you should look them up before posting. Manny is in clear violation of consumer protection laws, and is going to get taken to the cleaners. Lets not forget, other parties are named in the suit, people that have nothing to do with Manny's fib. They now have incurred liability because Manny violated not only the NVSAC rules, but civil law as well. When the world pays a billion dollars for an event, you host it the right way, and abstain from any forms of fraud, or you will be sued. This case has absolute merit, esp if the the parties win a judgement. Manny won't be able to earn money in America until he pays these people, they can garnish his wages stateside. He cannot settle either, because if he does that, everyone is going to sue. Trust me, this situation is going to get nasty.
      You can only be guilty of perjury if you make false statements on the record in a court of law, or in a deposition. Fraud perhaps perjury not yet. Pac and co used a excuse for the horrible outing and thought they would get public sympathy. They were very wrong, the public turned on pac in the worst way. Insted of making excuses he should have just STFU and cashed that check for 160 million. There is no shame in losing to floyd. He is the best of this generation. Pac gave what he had and came up short.

        Also would the statute of limitations be up on Lost? Granted I didn't really spend money to watch it, but I feel like I got a solid case on pain & suffering due to the realization it was a huge yorkie terrier turd in the last episode.
        Lol that was too funny panda. But that is whats going to happen after this law suit. People are going to sue for everything, like they don't now, but if you decide to sue for F4 let me know and I will join you. Lol

          questions that will stand out about this case are the simple ones: how and when was the fraud committed?; is the fraud committed something the nsac could have prevented? why did the nsac allowed pac to fight without getting the requested meds? will the court compel the nsac honcho who resigned?
          The fight continued because pac and co checked no on the pre fight forms if he had a shoulder injury. The question was very specific, do you have a shoulder imjury? Pac checked no. Had he checked yes on the forms it may have saved him this massive headache.
