Comments Thread For: Mayweather-Pacquiao Lawsuits Head To California

LAS VEGAS - Plaintiffs who say the May 2nd mega-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. was a fraud and they deserve their pay-per-view money back will argue their cases in front of a federal judge in Southern California.

Judge R. Gary Klausner will decide if the cases are granted class action status before any trial proceeds.

He'll yeah it was a fraud. If the suit is won in one state it will be a full blown world wide suit. People everywhere will demand their money back.

I bet the people filing those lawsuits don't know **** about boxing, and are just displeased with the result of who won the fight.

The fight was awful but this is a frivolous lawsuit. When you buy a pay per view there is no guarantee of excitement of course this will be thrown out.

Unless the Judge is Filipino, this case is getting dropped and thrown out.

                  Gary Klausner doesn't sound Filipino.

Pacs injury was a fraud for sure. The fight itself you never know how its gonna turn out. These people should already know that boxing is and always been a corrupt business. Pacquiao and his team are the frauds in all of this.
